Oceania refers to fourteen island nations, many of which are not inhabited or are infrequently visited by tourists. I’ve tried below to indicate which primarily islands are covered by the Global Directory pages.
The Cook Islands and Niue, both states in free association with New Zealand which are members of several UN specialized agencies and have been recognized “full treaty-making capacity”, but are neither member states nor non-member observer states. Cook Islands is comprised of many islands but the majority of the population lives on Rarotonga.
